Overview

GameDay Passport's platform is built on a hierarchical structure, allowing National, State, Association, and Club level administrators to manage their own organisations and those directly beneath them.

This structure provides a clear chain of command and data visibility. For example, a State administrator can view and manage all Associations and Clubs within their state, while a Club administrator can only manage their specific club and its teams. Navigating between these levels is a fundamental aspect of using the GameDay Passport platform.

Navigating Down the Hierarchy

Administrators can easily "drill down" from their current organisational level to a lower level in the hierarchy (e.g. from a State to an Association, or a Club to a Team).

From a higher-level dashboard (e.g. National/State), select the lower-level menu item from the left-hand navigation. In this example, from a state dashboard, we can click Associations.

From the list that appears, click the VIEW (magnifying glass) icon of the organisation you wish to view.

You will now be on the dashboard for that organisation. You can continue to drill down the hierarchy by repeating the process. For example, from the Association dashboard, select Clubs > LIST CLUBS then select a specific club from the list.

From the Club dashboard, you can then navigate to the Teams menu and select a specific team to manage.

Navigating Up the Hierarchy

Once you have navigated down the hierarchy, you can easily move back up to any higher level using the breadcrumb navigation menu located in the top-left of the page.
