As a returning participant looking to register for your Club, Team or Association through a Passport Registration Form, you can always reset your password on the registration form's login page following the steps below:
1. Open the registration form through which you want to register
Note: If you are unsure where to find your club, team or association's registration form, please contact the organisation directly. GameDay is not responsible for creating or maintaining registration forms on behalf of sports organisations.
2. Select how many Adults or Children you are looking to register, then click CONTINUE (this step may not be applicable, depending on the configuration of the form)
3. Enter your email address, then click CONTINUE
Note: If your email address is not recognised in the Passport system, you will be asked to register as a new member
4. Click FORGOT PASSWORD?
5. You will receive a confirmation message confirming that a reset email is on its way. Check your email inbox and follow the prompts to set a new password
6. Enter and Re-Enter your new password, then click SAVE PASSWORD
You will then be able to login to the registration form using your new password
