How do I remove my member profile from public view?

Members are able to hide their information from public view through their Member Profile, which will remove any information relevant to that member from Passport Websites and GameDay app.

To remove your information from public view, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Member Profile using the email address and password you used when registering to your relevant organisation. If you do not have the link to your member profile, see the article here to find the relevant member profile for your sport.

2. Select the relevant member from the list


4. Select the Hide from Public Website checkbox, then click UPDATE DETAILS

Note: This option will remove your name from the GameDay App automatically, however for Passport Websites, once this option has been selected it will require your Association to publish to web before your name will no longer be visible, so please contact your association directly if you are unsure whether this has occurred.
