How do I register and invite teammates to my team?

Overview

As a team manager registering your team for a competition, you may be able to send a membership form directly to your teammates, allowing them to seamlessly register into your team and make any necessary payments online.

Note: If the option to invite teammates outlined below is not available to you, it may not be enabled by the Association/League to which you are registering. In this case, please contact the association directly


Step-by-Step

Step 1: Complete the team registration form

As part of the team registration, enter the relevant details and complete payment for any relevant fees. This will create the team in the Association's database and allow member to register into it. You can learn more about registering as a team here


Step 2: Use the email entry field to invite your teammates to register

At the end of the registration form, you will see a space provided to enter the email addresses of your teammates. This will send them a separate form allowing them to provide their individual details as a player/participant, provide any other information required by the competition organisers, and pay any relevant fees
